Our primary classes have been visiting the iLab for one last lesson, and this one combines chemistry with a favorite outdoor activity. Students read a set of directions, then combined water, paint, and plaster of Paris to create a batch of sidewalk chalk. Students in Ms. Bauer’s homeroom took advantage of our recent spring weather and played a game in our outdoor classroom to learn how animals meet their needs in a habitat.
